Charger RT is cheap and you can get it early (about 30K in pro-street PC version). level 3
upgrades on engine, drivetrain and level 2 on tires and reduce the rear tyre pressure. the
car wheelies all the way on the 1/4 mile track. set the gears as you like best.
Here's the rub:
I am trying to make the GTO do a wheelie and cant seem to able to make it wheelie more
than 700 ft.
My objective was to make do with the wheels which you win in the game itself, not the ones
from the car-lot. I dont want to use stage4 parts as I cant unlock it without using a
cheatcode and the ones given by the game are not consistent.
I put in the following:
Engine: HKS stage3
DriveTrain: TCI stage3
Forced Induction: Jackson Racing Charger stage3
Suspension: EIBACH stage3
Brakes: Wilwood stage2
Tyres: Toyo Stage2
Nitrous: NOS Stage1
Bodykit: Stock Autoskulpt with everything at 0%
Front Wheel: 5Zigen FNO1R-C (Zone1/3 at 100%)
Rear Wheel: 5Zigen FNO1R-C (Zone2/4/5 at 100%)
Spoiler: Gentera Style 204 Stage 1 with everything at 0%
Suspension Tuning:
Front/Rear shock compression rate: stiff (100% right)
Front/Rear shock rebound rate: stiff (100% right)
Front/Rear spring rate: stiff (100% right)
Ride Height: Low (100% left)
Front/Rear roll bar stiffness (100% right)
Front tire pressure (100% high)
Rear tire pressure (100% low)
Toe: Neutral
Camber: 5% negative (1 tap of right arrow)
Caster: 100% positive
Steering response ratio: neutral
Engine Tuning:
Cam timing: 100% advance
Start/End Boost: 100% High
Nitrous Pressure and jet flow: 100% high
Drivetrain Tuning:
All gears: 100% tall
Brake Tuning:
Brake Bias: 10% Front (two taps of left arrow)
rest neutral
Dyno gives me 998BHP @ 7124 rpm
I dont understand why the heck it wont wheelie beyond 700 ft. It darn well wins all the
drag races.
I tuned the 240SX for drift, 350Z for speed, GTO for speed, M3-E46 and Viper for speed.
I know I can tune the viper for drags and wheelies, but the viper is available very late
in the game whereas the GTO is available much earlier.
Suggestions/pointers welcome.
Cheers!!!
